Gisele Bündchen has scaled just about every peak in the world of high fashion, gracing runways for all of the industry’s top designers, appearing on the covers of every fashion magazine you’ve ever heard of-and more than a few you haven’t- countless times, and establishing herself as the face, and moreover the body, for Victoria’s Secret.

Now the Boston Globe is reporting that the leggy Brazilian has decided to splash a chunk of her hard earned modeling dollars, with the purchase of a Gulfstream G 550.

For the globe trotter, whose work routinely takes her between Rio de Janeiro, Paris, Milan, New York, London and all those points in between where the glitterati meet to be beautiful, the Gulfstream is a natural choice: true intercontinental range at 6700 miles, Mach .88 speed, and with seating for 18, ample room for either her entourage or for boyfriend New England Patriot’s quarterback Tom Brady (aka the luckiest bastard in the world) to practice his spiral.

At around $50 million, the G 550 doesn’t come cheap. But considering Ms. Bündchen brought home $33 million last year, we’d say the plane may actually be within her budget. One only hopes for Ms. Bündchen, who famously demanded to be paid in euros in light of the recent weakness of the dollar, that advancements in plastic surgery keep pace with the rise in jet fuel costs in the years to come.
