Beyonce and Jay-Z were headed to South Africa for a photo shoot recently when they ran into a little baggage trouble. The couple was flying from New York to Johannesburg and had rented out the entire first-class lounge on the South African Airways Boeing 747. The problem was – for a two-week vacation – the celebrity couple had brought more Louis Vuitton bags than the airline could fit onto the plane. They ended up having to charter a separate plane just to carry all of their suitcases. Apparently the twosome had insisted on four outfit changes a day – not including the photo shoot clothing. This explains the ridiculous amount of luggage.

Our advice to Beyonce and Jay-Z is to buy a jet charter card. Jet charter cards start at around $100,000 for a 25-hour card, which we’re sure the couple can afford. With a flexible jet membership program the duo could request a large size jet (or two) to accommodate their many suitcases. And if they are taking a quick two-day jaunt to Miami, and don’t need 20 bags, they can charter a mid-size jet instead.
